1.     Martyr's Day 2024: Remembering India's Heroes   January 30, 2024, marked Martyr's Day, also known as Shaheed Diwas. India commemorates this day to honor the sacrifice of its heroes, including Mahatma Gandhi. 

2.     India's Nomination for UNESCO World Heritage List: Maratha Military Landscapes   India has nominated "Maratha Military Landscapes of India" for the 2024-2025 UNESCO World Heritage List. This nomination includes iconic forts and structures showcasing Maratha military prowess.

3.     Republic Day Parade 2024: India's Democratic Heritage Shines   India's Ministry of Culture's tableau, themed 'India: Mother of Democracy,' secured the top spot at the 2024 Republic Day Parade. It celebrated India's rich democratic traditions.

4.     Divyansh Singh Panwar Triumphs at ISSF World Cup 2024:  Divyansh Singh Panwar clinched the gold medal in the men's 10m air rifle event at the ISSF World Cup 2024 in Cairo. Sonam Uttam Maskar also won silver in the women's category.

5.     National Health Policy 2017 Targets Tobacco Reduction:   The National Health Policy 2017 aims to reduce tobacco use by 30% by 2025. India has ratified the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control to achieve this goal.

6.     ISRO Launches INSAT-3DS Satellite for Weather Forecasting:   ISRO launched the INSAT-3DS satellite to monitor land and ocean surfaces for weather forecasting and disaster warning, enhancing India's weather monitoring capabilities.

7.     Padma Awards 2024 Recognize Contributions Across Fields:   The official list for 2024 Padma Awards includes 5 Padma Vibhushan, 17 Padma Bhushan, and 110 Padma Shri awardees, honoring contributions across various fields.

8.     Indian Army Implements New Fitness Policy:   The Indian Army introduced a new fitness policy to address declining physical standards. It includes stringent measures and emphasizes the importance of maintaining physical fitness.

9.     Union Budget 2024 Focuses on Infrastructure:   The Union Budget 2024, presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, prioritizes infrastructure development, anticipating a 9.57% CAGR in the sector from 2024 to 2029.

10. Bank of Baroda Rebrands Subsidiary as 'BOBCARD Limited':   Bank of Baroda's subsidiary, formerly known as BOB Financial Solutions Limited, has been rebranded as 'BOBCARD Limited' with the tagline "Credit Reimagined," emphasizing innovative credit solutions.
