• This scheme was launched by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlat in 2021-22.

·         हाल  ही में भारत की पहली व्यावसायिक अंतरिक्ष वेधशाला (commercial space observatory) उत्तराखंड के गढ़वाल मंडल में स्थापित की जाएगी।

·         अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में शुरू किया गया स्टार्टअप दिगंतारा (Digantara) इस प्रयोगशाला का निर्माण करेगा।

·         पृथ्वी के आसपास अंतरिक्ष में घूमने वाले 10 सेंटीमीटर के आकार वाले सूक्ष्म कणों तक पर नज़र रखने वाली यह ऑब्ज़र्वेटरी अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में शुरू हुए स्टार्ट अप दिगन्तर द्वारा बनाई जाएगी.

·         स्पेस सिचुएशनल अवयेरनेस ऑब्ज़र्वेटरी के ज़रिये अंतरिक्ष के कचरे और पृथ्वी के आसपास के अंतरिक्ष में बढ़ रहे मिलिट्री उपग्रहों पर निगरानी रखने में बड़ी मदद मिलेगी.

·         इस तरह की निगरानी रखने में अब तक संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका ही आगे है. दुनिया की कई लोकेशनों पर अमेरिका की कमर्शियल कंपनियां ही इस तरह की ऑब्ज़र्वेटरीज़ संचालित कर रही हैं.

·         समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई की खबर के मुताबिक दिगन्तर के सीईओ अनिरुद्ध शर्मा ने बताया, ‘उत्तराखंड में बन रही इस ऑब्ज़र्वेटरी की मदद से एसएसए निगरानी में बड़ी मदद होगी क्योंकि ऑस्ट्रेलिया से लेकर दक्षिणी अफ्रीका के बीच किसी लोकेशन पर इस तरह की वेधशाला स्थित नहीं है.’

·         गौरतलब है कि खबर के मुताबिक शर्मा ने कहा कि इस ऑब्ज़र्वेटरी के डेटा से जो मदद मिलेगी, उससे होगा यह कि अंतरिक्ष में उपग्रह एक दूसरे से टकराकर नष्ट न हों, अंतरिक्षयानों की स्पीड और ट्रैजेक्टरी के बारे में भी बेहतर व और सटीक अनुमान लगाए जा सकेंगे. साथ ही शर्मा ने यह भी कहा कि इससे भारत को अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में स्वदेशी क्षमताएं विकसित करने का अभूतपूर्व मौका मिलेगा.

 हाल  ही में जेम्स वेब स्पेस टेलीस्कोप (JWST) ने पहली बार बृहस्पति ग्रह की तस्वीर खींची है। दरअसल यह तस्वीर जेम्स वेब ने 27 जुलाई 2022 को खींची थी।

·        जेम्स वेब स्पेस टेलीस्कोप ने पिछले महीने बृहस्पति ग्रह की ब्लैक एंड वाइट फोटो खींची थी। अब नासा के वैज्ञानिकों ने जेम्स वेब से खींची गई बृहस्पति की रंगीन फोटो जारी की है।

·        इस तस्वीर में बृहस्पति के ध्रुवों पर औरोरा (ध्रुवीय रोशनी) नजर आ रही है। इसके अलावा बृहस्पति की धुंधली रिंग और ग्रेट रेड स्पॉट भी दिख रहा है।

·        कैलिफोर्निया यूनिवर्सिटी में प्रोफेसर एमेरिटा और खगोलशास्त्री इमके डी. पॉटर ने कहा, हमने बृहस्पति के इतना अच्छा होने की उम्मीद नहीं की थी।

·        जेम्स वेब टेलीस्कोप उस प्रकाश को भी देख लेता है, जो इंसानी आंखों से नहीं दिखता। तस्वीर में बृहस्पति की ध्रुवीय रोशनी अंतरिक्ष में फैलती दिख रही है। ग्रह पर कई चमकीले सफेद धब्बे और लकीरें नजर आ रही हैं, जो अधिक ऊंचाई वाले बादल हो सकते हैं।

जेम्स वेब स्पेस टेलीस्कोप के लक्ष्य

इसके चार मुख्य लक्ष्य इस प्रकार हैं:

·        बिग बैंग के बाद बनी पहली आकाशगंगा की खोज करना।

·        यह पता लगाना कि आकाशगंगाएँ कैसे विकसित हुईं।

·        पहले चरण से तारों के गठन का निरीक्षण करना।

तकनीकी स्नातकों को अधिक रोजगारपरक बनाने के उद्देश्य से राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने हाल ही में जयपुर में राजीव गांधी सेंटर फॉर एडवांस्ड टेक्नोलॉजीज (Rajiv Gandhi Center for Advanced Technologies – R-CAT) का उद्घाटन किया।

·        इससे युवाओं को रोजगार के बेहतरीन अवसर मिलेंगे और वे राज्य के विकास में अहम भूमिका निभा सकेंगे।

·        मुख्यमंत्री अनुप्रति कोचिंग योजना (Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana)

·        इस योजना को राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गह्लत ने 2021-22 में लांच किया था।

·        वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-2023 में, राजस्थान सरकार ने “मुख्यमंत्री अनुप्रति कोचिंग योजना” के लिए 17 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक खर्च करने की योजना बनाई है। इस योजना के तहत छात्रों को प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए नि:शुल्क कोचिंग प्रदान की जाती है। \

विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर ने दक्षिण अमेरिका की अपनी पहली आधिकारिक यात्रा के दौरान पराग्वे में महात्मा गांधी (Mahatma Gandhi) की एक प्रतिमा का अनावरण किया।
